I have NOT received my parcel!

I have NOT received my parcel! It appears to have gone missing. I am incredibly frustrated and ParcelMonkey customer service is now replying in poor English deferring responsibility to Royal Mail. Royal Mail tells me to work through ParcelMonkey. This is a serious failure of service, both in terms of delivery and customer service.

As per Royal mail tracking details clearly shows delivered on 21st May. Also we checked again with them and they confirmed the parcel was delivered.
However today 1st June we sent mail again to them to get clear information and update you as well.

It was supposed to take 4-14 business days but it took two months.

Regret for the delay, the parcel was handed over to Royal Mail in March, however it was delayed from their end.

I didn’t know what to expect as a first time user. Based on price alone, I was happy with the service provided.

Terrible, slow, and misrepresented service

The service said 4 to 14 business days delivery. It took 8+ weeks. I will never use this service or this company again. The parcel also wasn't dropped off at the address, the recipient had to spend hours at the post office.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to uncertain volume Globally all the countries shipment got affected. We will take a note of it and do better for you.
