Weighed it correctly, got charged more, package hasn't moved in almost two weeks, awful service.

As we checked and confirmed the physical weight more than booking weight hence we charged for remining weight.
The shipment reached UK and it is in process to handover to Royal Mail. -

Slower then expected and also incurred additional charges. It took 24 days from drop off to delivery… tracking was very limited. Would NOT recommend.
