not like last year

Sending packages from the USA to the UK.
I think this is a 'newer' process since Brexit because when i was sending items last year pre-brexit i feel like the tracking and overall speed of the shipping was A LOT better.
This time i had no idea my items had been picked up from the drop box until a week later when they were out of the country already.
Overall its still cheaper than the post office and even though i would say it takes a week more than my previous experience, i will still use this site to ship my goods.

Took a bit longer than expected, but overall the package got it's destination fine. It was a gift and in the past when I've sent gifts to my friends/family they get charged duty fees, this wasn't the case for this package.

The shipping time is pretty fast, BUT processing time at USA hub before dispatching takes an eternity and it's impossible to track!

No tracking until I asked - shipped through multiple countries and not delivered over 1 month later.
If you can't deliver in 30 days, don't sell it as 4-14 days delivery.

DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THEM. Terrible service, Lost package

I shipped a package it was supposed to be there in 4-14 days, an Easter outfit for my 3 year old niece, should have arrived well before Easter. Well a month and a few days later I got the oh this package is lost sorry you are SOL message. A little over a MONTH and me reaching out daily for an ETA and now they lost my package and there is NOTHING they can do.
Worst customer service, poor communication. SHIPPER BEWARE! DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THEM! Truly the worst shipping experience I have ever had! DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
