Well over estimate delivery time, still not delivered.

This service was 4-14 working days. The parcel still hasn't arrived at destination after 18 working days. Disappointed to have paid for a faster service when I could have paid for something slower and it probably would have still arrived after the same amount of time.

This is terrible service. The parcel sat in New Jersey for a week, with no progress.

Please note that the parcel reached warehouse on 9th Feb and the same day it was scanned and processed to dispatch from USA. Now the parcel arrived UK facility on 16th Feb. Here is the tracking ref# CA001008345JE to track in the link.

Worst Company Lost Package

This package was lost and it took them over five months to contact me back about my package. SO SAD because this was Christmas gift and was sent to UK ... even though there was Brexit. Obviously this company didn't do their research and weren't transparent with me for the past 5 months. I was charged additional charges too!! Now they finally said it was lost. Never again.
