this parcel service is good value for money but it does often take longer than the time expected

Don't use them

They lost my package. It was a handmade Christmas for my niece. Who I couldn't see since she was born during the pandemic. So it was REALLY important that she get this package which was a present for her first Christmas. After weeks of asking about it's status I just got an email saying that the package was lost, and that since it was not insured they couldn't do anything about it. No offer of refunding for a service they did not even provide. If you like to throw money and sentimental objects down the drain, use this service. Otherwise go with a more trustworthy company.

Poor service Do not use them they Suck .... service states 4 to 10 days its been 6 weeks and nothing pay more and book DHL
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE NOTHING BUT LIES LIES NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE BLAME THEY CANT EVEN TELL ME WERE THE PACKAGE IS NOW... BOOK FEDEX OR DHL... YOU YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF USING USPS......Agent replied on 01/14/21
Our delivery partner waiting for the update from transport team and we are getting in touch with them for the update daily basis, since the problem affected other bookings as well for Estonia.

Ongoing Terrible Experience!!!

Worst experience I've EVER had shipping. One problem after another and nearly 6 months later the package still hasn't been delivered and there is no resolve, no help. Package is likely lost. No way to discover the handmade gifts. Even if they find the package the baby clothes purchased as gifts won't fit anymore so I've wasted hundreds of dollars.
