Terrible. Package never delivered, no refund on shipping.

Terrible service. Package never arrived at destination. More than 2 months and no show. Loss of over $500

4-14 business days? Not true! I used this service 2 times: first package to UK was delivered after 20 days, and second package to Cyprus almost 30 days on the way and still not delivered!

I shipped a package to Poland on 3/2/21, price was about $100 cheaper than regular carrier, quote said 10-14 business days delivery. This service is a third party courier, package goes via Fedex to their hub in NJ, then via Jersey Post to UK and then is distributed from there via post office. My package was delivered on 4/26, brexit delays and customs complications are partly to blame for these delays. I would have gladly paid more to ship via known carrier where you can track the package every step of the way instead of having to message someone for location info. I will never use this service, I shipped very expensive parts and needed them delivered fast so this was definitely not the service for me. My other package shipped a couple days before this one is still stuck somewhere in UK being quarantined without knowing exact location or delivery estimate, also expensive parts and I don't even know if I will receive it!

Regret for the delay. As we already communicated it was delayed due to customs clearance in destination and we dont have control over them.
We will take note and do better further. -
Save yourself. Pay more for better service.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please note that the bag is currently on hold as this destination due to high volume. We have approached delivery partner to move asap once it is cleared customs.
