Carrier lost the package; even though insurance is purchased with the shipping no claim is allowed - no refund.

Also not that if the booking was not insured/insured for Personal/gift items then it would not able to fall under claim process. Here is the Faq.

Package shipped 3/23 (Texas), arrived 4/26 (Hungary) in very bad shape, but fortunately no missing items. Also it said ,,tracking updates will be less frequent,, but after the package left the US, no tracking at all until I asked ParcelMonkey. They gave me a new tracking number I didn't have before and I could use it later. (Thank you for ParcelMonkey's assistance!!!!)
This service was sold as 4-14 business days delivery. Finally it took 35 (25 business) days, with very poor tracking updates even after I got the new tracking number. -

As we noticed that the parcel contains Alcohol, also it is misdeclared as Collectible Glassware in the booking. As per PM norms it is restricted and cannot be shipped, so it destroyed completely , no refund and no return to sender.

Disappointing service: Took a long time, with no tracking info provided. On top of that, I was unexpectedly hit with an extra charge of $3.70 for a supposed descrepancy in size/weight, despite it being a standard box size and having weighed it prior to shipped. Wish I'd just have spent the extra and used a branded option from the list.

As per FedEx your physical weight was 3 lbs, instead of 2 lbs mentioned while booking.
Due to which they have charged us for remaining weight and we have rebilled it to you.

Do not use this company to ship. They offer insurance then say your items don't qualify. They lost my package then refused to refund me. 0/10.
