No tracking until I asked - shipped through multiple countries and not delivered over 1 month later.
If you can't deliver in 30 days, don't sell it as 4-14 days delivery.Agent replied on 04/07/21
Regret for the inconvenience. We have escalated to delivery partner to process at earlier.

I shipped a package it was supposed to be there in 4-14 days, an Easter outfit for my 3 year old niece, should have arrived well before Easter. Well a month and a few days later I got the oh this package is lost sorry you are SOL message. A little over a MONTH and me reaching out daily for an ETA and now they lost my package and there is NOTHING they can do.
Worst customer service, poor communication. SHIPPER BEWARE! DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THEM! Truly the worst shipping experience I have ever had! DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Agent replied on 04/07/21

If I could leave less stars for this, I would. Over a month and nothing. Suppose to be 4-14 days.
Contrary to the ridiculous statement below by the agent, It has already been 24 business days; so unless they have a time machine, it can't be delivered in 14 days.Agent replied on 04/01/21
The parcel departed from UK hub and it is in transit to destination. It will delivered as per 14 business days.

The parcel reached UK facility and it was connected to destination on 29th Mar.

Be prepared to wait until they have enough, to send out. Expect no one to know where your package is

Mailed on February 13th, 2021 and package just arrived to destination today 3/27/2021 - very unhappy - was told in description that it would take up to 14 days.. I planned on at least 20-25 maybe pushing 30 days.. but this was more .. not happy at all. My package sat in New Jersey for a week or more and I even tried to retrieve and send back as it needed to be there in the three week time frame.. No one would help and it is all out of everyone's hand and the rep's just pad the excuses with patience and smiles. I would not use this again..

Regret for the inconvenience caused you and your customer. Due to uncertain global volume all the parcels were delayed and limited airline operations entering to destination. We will take a note and do our best.
