I had selected the 4-14 biz day option to get the items there on time. This was my first experience with parcel monkey. I might just go back to the postal service. I was hoping for better.

The parcel departed from UK hub on 22nd Mar and it is in transit to destination.

Service is the worst. Took a whole month and a few days to get there. When service said it'll be there in less than 2 weeks.
Unbelievable, it has been by far the worst experience shipping with Parcel

Regret for the delay. Due to uncertain global volume affected not only us all other compotators also. The parcel delivered on 8th Mar, here is the tracking information available in local post link.

Well over estimate delivery time, still not delivered.

This service was 4-14 working days. The parcel still hasn't arrived at destination after 18 working days. Disappointed to have paid for a faster service when I could have paid for something slower and it probably would have still arrived after the same amount of time.

This is terrible service. The parcel sat in New Jersey for a week, with no progress.

Please note that the parcel reached warehouse on 9th Feb and the same day it was scanned and processed to dispatch from USA. Now the parcel arrived UK facility on 16th Feb. Here is the tracking ref# CA001008345JE to track in the link.
