I found Parcel Monkey and EU Drop off easy to use and my parcel arrived in good time from California to the UK. No problems at all except a rude assistant at the UPS drop off shop who insisted my parcel didn’t need customs forms. It tainted the whole process for me but I would definitely use Parcel Monkey and EU Drop Off again especially as their pricing was very competitive.

I am having trouble getting up to date info on missing packages. :(
Reply to the agent: I didn’t realize that this review was for a particular package. This one indeed looks delivered. I was giving an overall PM review. It has been difficult to follow up on packages that appear missing.
