Easy-to-use, but longer-than-expected delivery

Your online service was easy to navigate. Drop-off was easy, too. Pricing was fair. The only issue was that delivery took two times longer than advertised: projected delivery was 7 to 14 days; it actually took 26 days to arrive.

Good alternative to expensive overseas rates

I was pleased by the handling and the timeliness of the package being delivered overseas. It is too bad I only saw evidence of the sender-side courier service, I would have liked the option to have tracked the receiver-side courier as well outside of the Parcel Monkey website.
