Expensive and Slow

Parcel Monkey was recommended to me as an alternative to the USPS for shipping overseas. The process was a bit complicated but I don't have a lot of experience with overseas shipping so that may be the nature of the beast. What I was put off by is, when I took my package to Fed Ex to hand it off, the clerk had no idea what it was or what he was supposed to do until another employee helped. Then, I could only track it as far as Secaucus NJ and no further. It took 3.5 weeks to get from Philadelphia to London - much, much longer than I'd have expected (I was told to expect about 2 weeks).
I don't think I'll be using this service again as I learned, after the fact, that shipping via USPS would have cost only a little more than half of the almost $40 I paid to Parcel Monkey.

This is the second order in which the delivery was nearly 2 weeks late and your tracking system sucked.
