Overall the experience with TrakPak was pretty good. Tracking worked well so I knew where the package was. It took a little longer than expected for the package to arrive, but just 1 or 2 days, not a big issue. Had to deduct severely from the rating because the package was left outside at the communal entrance of the apartment complex without notifying the receiver. Normally you would expect it to be left at the front door of the receiver or not left at all with a note in the mailbox, especially during summer break. And a notification.

Took 1 month to arrive. At least this one did arrive... Tracking STILL doesn't show "Delivered"

This package took a month to arrive. At least this one arrived. TrakPak just lost another package I shipped and is now refusing to refund me for the shipping and value of the package. I would NOT recommend this courier service. I will pay more for a more reliable service.
