Everything went good. I got charged a little extra at the end, not sure why.... maybe an explanation needs to be attached, but overall it was my first use of this service and I am satisfied, everything went well.

Took forever to deliver

Finally got there, but took a very long time. 4 weeks to get from Florida to England?

Shipped a package from NYC to London. Parcel Monkey was awesome. I had constant tracking and the package arrived a couple of days before the expected date. Parcel Monkey was also half the cost of the lowest-priced standard service. I will definitely use this service again.

Very cost effective shipping option

It is so irritating that shipping from the US to Europe is so expensive. I did a lot of research and Shipping Monkey was my least expensive option for shipping to the UK. The site has great instructions and helped me on the customs documentation. It took three weeks to make it from California to London but considering it was during the midst of Covid Crisis, that was quite reasonable. Like that both the recipient and I could track the package.

Good value for price

The service was a bit slow, but I didn't expect it to be faster for the price. I received regular updates, and was advised on the day of delivery. The delivery man was very courteous and followed safety rules. I am very happy with this service, overall.
