Very happy with ParcelMonkey. I saved a ton of money vs UPS and the tracking dashboard is simple to use and understand. I would happily recommend PM to anyone shipping stuff (especially overseas).

The overall experience was more hands-off than I would have liked. The package made it to it's destination exactly when it was said it would. I didn't use this service for future orders, opting for something more involved tracking wise, but it's good for the price.
