Pretty slick. This mode is way better than US Postal Service.
Easy to use, but gives surprise charges

The service was easy to use and convenient. I chose this because it was the cheapest option. Because of this, I was quite upset to see a random $5 charged to my account for "inaccurate dimensions or weight". I did not approve this charge, they just charged it. In addition, I know my dimensions and weight were very close to being accurate. My package was less than one pound, yet they charged $5 for a small inaccuracy. It's not fun to get a notification that a company took extra money without asking. It's pretty scary, actually.
