sent package from USA to friend in Netherlands with no issues. First time to use parcelmonkey, because rates better than USPS in this case. Delivery time was about 2 weeks, which is acceptable.

The drop off was great... the delivery, however, is another story. Apparently the hub is in the UK so your package goes from the USA to the UK before it gets delivered... even if it's delivered to Canada! If you want timely, choose another carrier.
