THANK YOU! I did had huge doubts since it was my first time using trakpak, but they delivered as promised! My box took 5 weeks but it got there as a whole. I have another box on the way and I feel 100% certain that it will be delivered as promised as well. My sister is a first time mom in this pandemic in Spain, and I have been sending her used baby clothes since she cannot get around on her own to go shopping, so I appreciate and solute these workers for getting my package to her with more than half the prices quoted by top mailing services! :)

Terrible experience: Parcel Monkey + Trakpak, More than a month and still waiting

This is the reason I will never use parcel monkey ever again.
At the time of writing this review, the package has been stuck in the UK for a month (according to ParcelMonkey), who knows where the package is.
No communication from Parcel Monkey, ridiculous information given only when requested, and after waiting for an hour.
Parcelmonkey is like playing the lotttery, you'll be lucky and one of the delivery partners will work well, but most of the times you are wasting your money
