I love this app. I love the ability to track international packages. I love the ability to print my own labels and have the package ready to go and drop off at the closes FedEx location, which happens to be across the street for me.

This was my first time using Parcel Monkey. Didn't know what to expect but the package was delivered today (from Seattle area to Germany) just about 1 month after shipping. I'm not complaining only because it was far more cost effective and at least tracking was available the entire way. It was held up in customs in the UK, I think. Overall a cost effective service but not if you're in a hurry.
