Better pricing than USPS and same delivery

My daughter/granddaughter live in London, England and we live in Texas. So, we send packages to our daughter/granddaughter. The rate to send a package thru USPS is between $40 to $50. But, we can send it thru Parcel Monkey for under $30 and the delivery time is about the same (maybe a day faster). The only difference is the USPS tracking is little more detailed than Parcel Monkey. But, the delivery is always happens.

Parcel received within specified time and with visibility in tracking updated regularly (using couriers tracking info rather than parcelmonkey). Much better than the second parcel that was sent at the same time with a different service (IPS) that appears to still be in the US after 2 weeks)
