Third time using Parcel Monkey. Two of them have been international shipments.
So far, everything has worked out well.
I will continue to check back, esp for large/heavy or international shipments.

This package arrived before due date on day 8 of when I sent it. My last parcel order came after the date of my packages were due, so I was reluctant to use Parcel Monkey again. I was pleased with the service and I went next door for lunch and requesting the carrier call me on my mobile so that I could meet him as he was at the late end of the delivery window time.

WORST SERVICE STAY CLEAR PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO UPS

my package was lost with my sisters stuff i was returning from holiday customer service are not taking it serious and i haven't had a answer in over 3 weeks. the delivery went horribly wrong and my labelled was switched with a box of garbage ...is this a scam i starting to think,because I'm trying to make a claim with the insurance on the package and its difficult for anyone to contact you ...use another service .
