Weight increases after purchase when shipping internationally.

The only reason this was a 4, not a 5 is that the gift package weighed 15 oz. prior to adding the labels and international envelope and the required 3 copies of customs documents. After that it weighed 1.1 lb. after adding them. So, before delivering to the carrier --- since I'd only paid for 1 lb.or less, and could do nothing to change my payment, I had to open the package, remove the small greeting card and the ribbon. this brought the weight down to 1 lb., but was a real hassle.
Otherwise, my experience with this company was excellent and I will use them again, well aware that the shipping weight increases significantly when the international customs documents are added.

Save on International shipping but be patient with delivery times!

although it takes quite a long time from the states, you cannot beat the price to ship internationally. It is half the price of the big carriers. So, with some patience, you can save a lot of money.
