Good service. Bad tracking. I'd use it again.

The service itself worked very well but the communication during the process was abysmal and misleading.
I got several notifications that my package was ready to collect, in the wrong country, a few hours away from where I left it.
Actually it was in transit but the tracking information did not work for most of the time it was moving and contacting the carrier - in this case FedEx simply led to more confusion.
Eventually the boxes arrived and at a good price, Im glad. Don't know why it had to be so confusing while it worked fine.

While drop off was easy and my package appears to have reached its destination safely, I was surprised and disappointed that it took TEN days for it to travel across the US. I might expect this from the USPS during the holidays, but it was late Oct/early Nov.

Easy to use service, package delivered on time, and for half the cost of any of the major shippers.
