made it in timely manner as expected for the allotted time :) no complications; tracking was always available for me.

Good service. Bad tracking. I'd use it again.

The service itself worked very well but the communication during the process was abysmal and misleading.
I got several notifications that my package was ready to collect, in the wrong country, a few hours away from where I left it.
Actually it was in transit but the tracking information did not work for most of the time it was moving and contacting the carrier - in this case FedEx simply led to more confusion.
Eventually the boxes arrived and at a good price, Im glad. Don't know why it had to be so confusing while it worked fine.
