This service was supposed to be 4-14 days. It took 20 days.... Thankfully the box arrived ok, but did not like having to wait this long for my sister to get the items.

Hi Suzanne this parcel was delivered on the 14th Business day which is what we advertise, Depending upon the country the shipment is going to within Europe the transit is 4-14 business days.
The delivery was delayed 1 day as the person was not home and they delivered the next business day

Excellent service once again. I love Trakpak not only for their fabulous pricing but that they actually follow thru with their service exactly how they say they will. For example, no sneaky extra fees to receive a package. You guys are AWESOME!!! Thank You!
