Delivered my $1000 computer to the wrong address and are not replying to my emails...

TrakPak delivered $1000 of computer equipment to the wrong address in the wrong country and are not responding to emails. Nobody is helping me on the phone. This is literally stopping me from doing my job. It is costing me money and the company I work for.

As per checking our support team have contact you and had advised that your shipment is in our warehouse in NJ where they go to get processed, the service time for the service you have chosen is 4-14 business days so this should be delivered soon. Please also note that we do not have a contact
number as all of our support is online.

Service said 4-14 days. Delivered in 20 days.
Price was right. Would use again. Just wish it was quicker. -

They drop off the box the exact time they told me in the email.

First time using Parcel Monkey to ship from US to Spain so I was a bit worried, but the process was really simple and I love that there was always someone available to answer my questions via the Chat! I chose the TrakPak Drop Off option which was the least expensive. Really liked the convenience of being able to print out the labels & documents I needed right at home. And even though the recipient wasn't home during the first delivery attempt, they were able to reschedule which was really awesome! My box was safely delivered without any issues! Highly recommend Parcel Monkey and will definitely be using this service again!
