The parcel took 5.5 weeks to arrive (estimated delivery 4-14 days). It was held up at port of departure for taxes and duties but no notification of this was sent and when I contacted customer service I was told taxes and duties weren't owed so then they had to work to release the parcel. Then the parcel was delivered to the totally wrong address, wrong part of the country, to a total stranger. A different name and address had apparently been attached over the original shipping label, I have been given no explanation as to how this happened. Luckily the person was very kind and worked with the courier company to eventually get it delivered to the correct recipient. Customer service was great, responsive and helpful, but the parcel service itself was absolutely abominable.
