I’m pleased that I was able to get my package sent to my loved one whose currently in Europe in an affordable and efficient way. Other shippers are outright ridiculous with their costs for international shipping. Having this alternative was such a relief. The only thing I can point out that can be improved is the updates on status which were not 100% on point. At times I was left wondering if my package would make it or where it could be. After all, the package was received and everything worked out great. Thank you. I will use again.
