This company refused to ship items that are allowed per the UK shipping guidelines. I have sent these exact same items multiple times a year for the last 7 years without any issues. I am extremely disappointed that it has cost me $35 for the box to never leave the state of IL.

The whole parcel contained only food items which restricted by UK Port Health. Hence the pacel returned to shipper.

The delivery was significantly delayed, and the communication regarding this has been disappointing.

We have noticed that the parcel reached our facility on 30th Oct and delivered to UK receiver on 8th Nov, which below the agreed 14 business day, so delay from ourend.

The delivery was significantly delayed, and the communication regarding this has been disappointing. Shipment was sent on the 13 December and received on the 22 January. This is way more than promised 14 business days

Its been 14 weeks now and the package still hasn't arrived. It was quoted to take 7-14 days!! No response that helps, just "we are working on this" I refuse to ever use Parcel Monkey again seeing as one of my parcels cost $283 to send then a further $48 when it arrived! And this parcel was a christmas gift to my son, and its now February!! This is why Amazon is doing so well. I will just order from their UK site and have it delivered.
