Slower than promised.

The courier service said that it would take a maximum of 14 days to delivery the package. It took 24 days.

My packages took a month to get to its location. For awhile they didn't know where they were, sat in a warehouse in Illinois for over two weeks. I will say that I was responded to each time I asked where are they and why are they not in rout to the destination. But it appears no one knows how to locate bar coded packages.

ok international service, priced alright, instructions leave a little to be desired. Basically the parcel is labeled for FedEx service to the the international shipping hub. But all the paperwork for the international delivery (ultimate address , customs etc) need to be in the same transparent envelope so that it is effectively relabeled at the hub. This was not explained clearly, but I worked it out logically. After hub delivery transit is in the dark for 3 weeks until delivery at the destination, where your contact may let you know. There is no delivery confirmation, just an email asking how good they were.
