Not Happy with Trak-Pak and Parcel Monkey

Extremely slow service. I was quoted 4-14 days for delivery and it took 21 instead. Totally messed up an important event for me. Not happy at all.

Used twice to send packages from USA to Scotland.
First one was boardgames weighing 43lbs (UPS quoted $300) that arrived within the 14 days totally intact. It had been opened but nothing had been tampered with. Cost $90 with tracking and $500 insurance. Incredible service
Second time was household objects weighing around 30lbs. Can't remember exactly how much it cost but I think it was $80 with tracking and $500 insurance. This one took a little longer (maybe 3-4 days over the 14 day quote) but for a service 1/3 of the price I don't mind a bit. It had been opened and looked through but they sealed the box back up effectively.
Will ABSOLUTELY use this service again. If you plan ahead and give your package the appropriate amount of time to arrive, you will save a bunch of money.

Never use Trakpak it is not reliable

I am so much regretting using this Trakpak service, my first time using it, not only after 16 days my item has not arrived but also nobody knows where it is and what is happening!
You don't get a proper tracking number, and the status is not up to dated regularly!!
