Very happy with this package delivery service. It took a little more time, but the savings in costs was totally worth it. A great option for shipping overseas!

4-14 business days. In my case, it took 17 business days from the US to Sweden. Tracking tool does not update in a timely manner. Chat and customer service. You list opening hours but not what time zone that is. A bit frustrating for people on other continents who expect somebody to be there during their business hours. Started a chat and was told to wait, nothing indicating the service was closed.
