Absolutely useless, no real tracking for squat. Still hasn't been delivered and it's been over a month. Said it would be delivered in 10 to 14 days. This is ridiculous, hopefully it will arrive before the end of the year. Use DHL or FedEx or something else.

a long journey to Italy

I sent a telescope to a friend in Italy. It was a stressful experience, glad the package finally arrived, which took 3 weeks.
First it went all over the USA, seemingly going back and forth, then it ended up in London where it stayed for over a week.
Reading other reviews where packages got lost made me very nervous but eventually the package reached its destination.
Customer service is hard to reach, on the website there is no phone number or anything. Chat should be simple and straightforward. I'd rather pay a little more next time for a sense of security.

Great service... they even contacted the receiver... letting them know that the package was arriving.
