Never use Trakpak it is not reliable

I am so much regretting using this Trakpak service, my first time using it, not only after 16 days my item has not arrived but also nobody knows where it is and what is happening!
You don't get a proper tracking number, and the status is not up to dated regularly!!

Very reasonable pricing. Shipment went through an interesting route but arrived safely in the end. Will use this service again next time.
