Box arrived quickly with excellent tracking and customer service from Parcel Monkey. HOWEVER, the box arrived heavily damaged (it looks like it was dropped off a multi-storey building with holes, tears, smashed sides, and totally misshaped). It had been opened, the top removed, and then resealed with only *one* piece of tape to hold the contents of a 20lb box. Items inside, despite being professionally wrapped and padded were all smashed beyond recognition. Thus despite excellent customer service from Parcel Monkey, box handled by TrakPak is in terrible condition on arrival and shipment was worthless due to heavy damage to box and its contents.

Tried to overcharge (bait and switch)

Overcharged me by claiming that the package was over the stated weight/dimensions when it clearly wasn't. Fedex receipt (which is who they are a broker for) shows the correct weight. No reply from customer service despite several emails over 3 weeks.
