service took 6 days longer to deliver than the longest promised time, with no explanation. Not very good service

Deliver takes way to long, Wrong information given in quote.

Trackpak although cheap service allows you to ship international for cheaper costs, but if with the two shipments i placed with them both were delayed longer then the 10-14 days estimated on the their quote. I expected some delay but first shipment with them took double the time 29 days with a quote of 14 maximum days. Second is on 22 days with a 14 day quote. Also the tracking is not very accurate and doesn't give enough information as to where the package is and when it is moving. No expected delivery dates and very little prediction available I will not be using this company again. If you need to ship something that you are willing to take a month to get to its location then I recommend using them but other than that, don't bother. The reason they got 2 stars and not one is cause the package did finally arrive.
I will update the review when the second shipment arrives but at this point I cannot recommend this company for any shipping needs.

Excellent rates but slow service. It almost took twice as long for delivery as it says it will take for deliver.
