The delivery was significantly delayed, and the communication regarding this has been disappointing.

We have noticed that the parcel reached our facility on 30th Oct and delivered to UK receiver on 8th Nov, which below the agreed 14 business day, so delay from ourend.

The delivery was significantly delayed, and the communication regarding this has been disappointing. Shipment was sent on the 13 December and received on the 22 January. This is way more than promised 14 business days

April 21st 2026. UPDATE
My parcel sent for my son's christmas gift NEVER arrived. Despite paying extra $$$ on arrival in the country. No apology. No compensation. No refund from insurance. Very disappointing.
Its been 14 weeks now and the package still hasn't arrived. It was quoted to take 7-14 days!! No response that helps, just "we are working on this" I refuse to ever use Parcel Monkey again seeing as one of my parcels cost $283 to send then a further $48 when it arrived! And this parcel was a christmas gift to my son, and its now February!! This is why Amazon is doing so well. I will just order from their UK site and have it delivered.Agent replied on 02/02/26

Regret to inform you that due to food items contain the UK port health has been holding the parcel for clearance process. We are coordinating with them for release.

They have had my parcel for over 2 months! i've asked to file a claim, i get an excuse. It's excuse after excuse on why it wont be delivered! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
