DO NOT USE!
shipped 5 parcels, only 3 ever arrived. That kind of failure rate is inexcusable.
In response to the agent, No they did not, it is 2 months later and they are not here, I have been over it with yourselves for weeks repeatedly, I have contacted every courier in the supply chain and they all claim to have no knowledge so I will reiterate.

This company employs agents who refuse to help customers. Waited over a month for a parcel and nobody is owning up to the mistake. Just keep “fobbing off” customers with pathetic lies about “waiting for agent to reply once we have an answer then we will update you”. Take your money to another reputable courier such as DHL UPS FedEx!!!

This was the worst Service I have ever had from Parcel Monkey since I started 3 years ago. My package took 6 weeks to arrive at the destination even after additional money came out of my PayPal account.

Perhaps the drop off was fine--the package arrived today--but it took over a month for package to go from US to England. This is my first time going through Fed Express; before I've dropped off Monkey Parcel packages at UPS, and it's taken a week for the package to arrive in UK. This service was terrible through Fed Express--it shouldn't have taken more than a month to arrive!
