Please be informed you that the parcel reached UK on 22nd Mar and it is in process to handover Royal mail for delivery.

Delivery took, of course, not 15 days as promised, but a little more than a month, but it was the Christmas and New Year holidays.All deliveries are delayed at that time

US to Spain, no problem!

Had my doubts, specially being the first time using parcel monkey and this service in particular. Arrived in about two weeks, no problems. Was able to check when it was scanned through arrivals and departures of hubs and airports. Will use the service again sending some other stuff from US to EU.
