Instead of 14 business days it took 5 weeks to move.
Misleading information on tracking systems.Agent replied on 01/13/22

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I posted a package from Los Angeles to Ireland on December 4, with an outside delivery date of 12/24 promised. Item finally arrived in Dublin, whereupon I received a notice on 12/23 that I owed customs duties. I paid that day. As of January 13, the package still hasn't left Dublin. An Post sends out form responses to customer service inquiries and never follows up. Planning to request a refund of this service!

Regret for the issue. As we checked and identified the parcel was unsuccessful delivery attempt as the receiver was not reachable and the parcel returned back to local post office. Can you ask receiver to contact them for collect.

Do not use this service completely ripoff

1/14 : Did not receive refund on the shipping cost as stated below
The package was shipped on 11/16/2021 from USA to UK but was never delviered.
after over a month without any updates and they send me a message
"Hi Sunday Records,
Regret to say that unfortunately this has been declarer lost during transit, we have notice that the parcel was not insured hence its nor claimable or refundable.
Once we found your parcel we will sent it back to you without any additional chargers.

*** Basically is not their fault they lost my package and I am responsible for it.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you and your customer. We have refunded you the full shipping cost. Also checked the booking was not insured, so we unable to provide claim for the same.

This package still has not been delivered.

The parcel is in destination customs for clearance. Once it is done then it will out for delivery.

Worst shipping service ever!
I send my shipment (one simple board) with 7-10 days shipping to Portugal on September 15th.
Not only did my customer never receive it, shipment never return to me eighter as of today January 10!
Just stay away from this carrier.Agent replied on 01/10/22
Please note that we have communicated earlier the parcel is hold by customs for clearance. Kindly as receiver to contact customs for further details as we do not have control over them.
