So convenient, saves money, paperwork facilitiated!

Using Parcel Monkey and the couriers they use is incredibly convenient, saves you money, and facilitates with ease all the paperwork you need to get the package through customs. You do have to plan way ahead of time when it comes to Europe (a package I mailed on Dec. 13 from the U.S. to Spain arrived Jan. 7), although I have had a package I mailed to the UK arrive in a week!
I highly recommend Parcel Monkey and its carriers!

Extremely disappointed with service. Shipped from U.S. on December 12th as a Christmas package to Hamburg. It did not arrive in Hamburg until January 5th. Although the tracking claimed to have made a delivery attempt, we know this was falsified. No courier knocked or rang a bell. The courier also lied about the "delivery" time, posting it to tracking in advance of the actual time. After all that, now the intended recipients have to coordinate a trip to pick it up. AWFUL!

Excellent, on time - fast, arrived in perfect condition. This was the best service in all the shipments I've done through Parcel Monkey.
