7 to 10 days promised and 18 days and still my package has not been delivered!
Not sure what destination this is becuase according to the shipping the address for delivery is in Mallorca. The package is still in Madrid.
The package was mailed on the 27th. So started moving on the 28th. till 31st is 4 days. Today is the 15th that makes 19 days so interested to know how you get to 14 days??
The package is still in Madrid by the way!

The parcel reached destination on 13th Sep, soon it will deliver to customer as agreed 14 business days.
