Package was lost & customer service was extremely slow. A simple conversation took over 6 months to have, simply unacceptable.

Missed the Window By A Long Shot

Sent a package to the UK from the US and it was supposed to be 4 -14 days and it was a few days shy of a month. It was lost for awhile without much customer support who tells you to contact the unknown courier service. LOL. it eventually got there but PM doesn’t offer any credits for the upcharge in fast delivery you pick when it substantially misses the delivery window offered when you pick expedited shipping carriers. So next time, don’t use “EU Parcel Drop Off” and go with fed ex or DHL or the other options.
