This shipment was delivered properly but an additional charge was imposed retroactively. I have submitted to ParcelMonkey a photo of the box on the scale and within the declared weight. Standing by now for a response to that.

This is the second time they're lying about delivery attempts and now I have to spend hours tracking this package down somewhere in Germany. We have cameras installed and know nobody has tried to deliver anything. I have no clue which company is supposed to deliver in Germany, so this is a real task with hours spend on the phone trying to figure out where my brother needs to go to pick this package up before they send it back. This is unacceptable, I will not use this service again and I will post the appropriate reviews elsewhere where people can see them.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
As the carrier was not able to contact the receiver, inform them to contact local post with the EMS ref# CA001044192JE or else it will be return to sender.
