Erroneous customs classification by courier

The content of the package was declared by me as a gift with a value of $25. However, somewhere along the way, someone made a new label - Customs Declaration CN22 - and attached it OVER the original address label. On that declaration, which by the way I neither consented to nor signed, the content was marked as "sale of goods". That is not only incorrect but also unacceptable. As a result, the recipient had to pay customs duty. The outrageous part is that the duty was $15 from the declared value of $25! Moreover, the recipient was given no explanation as to the legal basis for this kind of duty. In short, I don't know why it was marked as a "sale of goods" and we don't know why it was assigned roughly 60% duty. No explanation was ever given by the delivery courier service. And of course, the package had been opened and repacked EXTREMELY poorly.

Over charging

My package PMOJMUCB was NOT larger than I stated or heavier than I stated. But to charge me an extra $39 for postage is ridiculous. $39 is way too much. I think it's time for another forwarder. Not at all satisfied with your explanation about the overwhelming amount. I would like it taken off. I've been a customer for a long time and you can check that I've made no mistakes in measurements or weight
Wrong package please check tracking number is PMOJMUCB. That package I paid and you charged me another $39. Measurements and weight was correct.
