Slow but reliable

Unfortunately it took a very long time to get to its destination. Previously when I've used your service for delivery from the USA to England, the parcel was delivered within a week. This time it took about a month. That is way too long. So not happy with that. But on the bright side it has been delivered to it's destination so 5 stars for reliability and one star for the time it took. Thus overall rating of 3 stars

Only option we use

Sent friends Christmas packages in the UK from California, US, and it went so smoothly. It made it to them in about 10 days without a single issue. Best part was it was the cheapest I could find, 10lbs to the UK for 43 bucks isnt bad at all. That's cheaper than UPS West to East Coast
