Slow with limited tracking

Parcel took 3 weeks to arrive, tracking was limited. Even though this was stated up front (after I paid), what was irritating was that I had to repeatedly check for status updates, I never received any notifications, even for delivery. Delivery consisted of the parcel being crammed into the tiny mailbox of my flat, which I don't check often since I have a P.O. box. (UPDATE: Despite what PM indicates in their reply, the parcel was tendered to a FedEx location on August 9, not the 16th, I have documentation of this)

Please be informed you the parcel delivered within agreed 14 business days. The shipment start from USA on 16th Aug and it was delivered to customer on 26th Aug.

Mafia run crooks!

Crooks! My package still isn’t delivered and I was charged an extra fee. Where is my package? I’ve sent another pack to and from same addresses at the of July and was delivered in less than a week.

Please note that the parcel already reached destination and waiting for scanning, processing and clearance process, once completed your shipment will be out for delivery, also please note that there is significant backlogs at destination country which is causing significant delays in processing and delivery.
