Horrible terrible experience

Horrible. Pay more for a reputable shipping service. Tracking was horrible. My package was lost and I had to send 6 messages to file a claim. This is a company with no customer service phone number. Sucks!!!

Regret for the inconvenience. The parcel was lost by Royal Mail during transit. We have already communicated with you as well and also provided claim portal to apply claim.

Arrived, but arrived about 2 weeks after the estimated window. Shipping updates were late. The package was delivered and the tracking was still showing the parcel moving through the UK.
