It took much longer than expected (longer than the posted maximum) for all of my packages shipped

It’s now been four weeks and the package has still not arrived….
Plus they charged me extra for wrong measurements, but when I left the package with FedEx they measured it and weight it to confirm my measurements where correct.Agent replied on 07/28/21
Please note that the parcel received and dispatched on 16th July and it is in transit to destination now. Also it will delivery 16 business days.

As per FedEx parcel physical weight was 3 lbs, instead of 2 lbs mentioned while booking. Due to which they have charged us for remaining weight and we have rebilled it to you.

The worst!!! Don't waste your money. I paid for 3-14 business day shipping and it took over a month to arrive. They refuse to refund and blame it on the carrier.

Regret for the delay in service. Due to high volume globally and also limited flights are running with less space which was cause of delay in service.
We will do better further.
