Ongoing Terrible Experience!!!

Worst experience I've EVER had shipping. One problem after another and nearly 6 months later the package still hasn't been delivered and there is no resolve, no help. Package is likely lost. No way to discover the handmade gifts. Even if they find the package the baby clothes purchased as gifts won't fit anymore so I've wasted hundreds of dollars.

No updates! No tracking information! It's been over a month and I am yet to know if my customer received their package. On top of that they charged additional fees after I weighed my package at home and confirmed weight at drop off location! Don't bother emailing customer service regarding issues because they will give you the run around!!!
